Sooners Football – Take a look at the recruits expected to visit for Saturday’s game against Tennessee

Oklahoma’s Saturday home game against Tennessee will be a huge recruiting weekend for the Sooners. Here’s a look at the players who are expected to make official visits.

Plenty of players are expected to make unofficial visits including 2016 quarterbacks Shane Buechele and Jarrett Guarantano, who have both been offered; Midwest City defensive end Demikal Harrison; Missouri City (Texas) cornerback Kendall Sheffield; Broken Arrow offensive lineman Rowby Frederick; Norman North running back Quan Hogan; former OU commit Josh Wariboko-Alali of Casady and his brother Max; and Sooners commits Kenneth Mann, Marquise Overton and Austin Seibert. Another 2016 prospect who is expected to visit is Baltimore St. Frances defensive end Rahshaun Smith.

Pat Allen

OT, 6-4, 285, Reistertown (Md.) Franklin

Allen is a Georgia commit but has visits lined up to Michigan, Tennessee and Arkansas as well before closing his official visits with the Bulldogs in mid-November.

Jamal Danley

OT, 6-5, 305, Olive Branch, Miss. (East Mississippi C.C.)

The four-star tackle could be close to pulling the trigger but also has visits scheduled to Mississippi State and Florida.

LB, 6-2, 246, Richmond (Va.) Atlee

The four-start outside linebacker will be at Alabama next week and also plans to visit Tennessee and Texas A&M.

The Sooners are primarily battling Arkansas, Baylor, Duke and Texas Tech for the three-star prospect.

John Humphrey

WR, 6-0, 160, League City (Texas) Clear Falls

Humphrey originally committed to Baylor but flipped to the Sooners in early August after weeks of speculation.

The five-star outside linebacker also plans to visit Michigan and Oregon and also has Florida and nearby UCLA high on his list.

The four-star from the same high school as OU freshman Samaje Perine committed to the Sooners in June.

The three-star is expected to graduate at semester and enroll at either OU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Missouri, Louisville or Kentucky in January.

The four-star, one of the state’s top recruits this season, plans to visit Ohio State in late November when the Buckeyes host Michigan.
